This is the place to be in NYC. After moving almost every year for the past 12 years, we have been at 111 Kent for almost 3 years so that says something. We love the view of Manhattan from the apartment. I love having two elevators for a building that is only 7 stories tall. The rooftop is amazing, and the staff that work here make you feel appreciated and taken care of.
